No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Size issues

  • Color or style preferences

  • Delayed delivery (unless caused by merchant error)

  • Customer dissatisfaction with product appearance

Exceptions - When Refunds May Be Considered

We will consider refunds only in the following exceptional circumstances:

1. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Significantly damaged during shipping

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the defective item with photographic evidence.

3. Non-Delivery

If your order is not delivered within 30 days of the expected delivery date due to merchant error, you may be eligible for a refund.

  • We may, at our sole discretion, offer store credit equal to 70% of the purchase amount

  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue
